Jell-O’s Disc-o is an immersive campaign my team and I created to reintroduce a nostalgic brand to Gen Z audiences ages 21–30 by tapping into their love for bold experiences and shareable moments. Our goal was to shift Jell-O from a childhood dessert to a nightlife must-have—something fun, elevated, and culturally relevant. We did this by designing a high-energy pop-up experience complete with a Jell-O cocktail bar, curated tastings, and a bounce house, all wrapped in a disco-inspired, social-first aesthetic. By blending nostalgia with sophistication and leveraging influencer buzz, we positioned Jell-O as a playful, experience-driven brand ready to own the night—and win over a new generation.
